     What's New

As we noted in the Chapter 12: Tech, you certainly don't need to develop every Java programming tool yourself. For math and physics analysis tasks there are lots of class libraries already developed and many of them are available for free.

The Resources section provides links to a number of physics related online applets, applications, and libraries. Here we describe a selection of physics libraries and then use one of them in a demonstration program.
